How it works
1. Set your top 3 priorities. Before the day gets away from you, name the three things that matter most.
2. Track your time as you go. A simple start-time/end-time log captures what you're actually doing throughout the day, not necessarily what you meant to do. Tag each entry with your own categories using your custom key at the top of the page (e.g. C=Client, A=Admin, G=Growth, P=Personal). Mark whether it was a planned or unplanned activity/task.
3. Reflect at the end of the day using guided questions:
- What created the most value today? What went well?
- Where did I spend time that didn't align with my goals? What didn't go well?
- What will I change tomorrow?
4. The ProAction Alignment Score™ gives you a simple 1–10 gut check: How well did today's time actually match today's priorities? Track it across several weeks to see improvement over time.
