All Life Made Simple products and services are 100% guaranteed. My mission is to provide effective organization and productivity solutions, so if you ever feel I have fallen short of my promise or your expectations have not been met, I will immediately address the situation or offer a complete refund.

Payment Policy

Life Made Simple gladly accepts check, cash, or credit card (via Paypal). Checks should be made payable to “Life Made Simple”. There will be a charge of $35 for any checks returned for insufficient funds or any bank draft items that are not payable for any reason.  Life Made Simple will also be entitled reimbursement from the client for reasonable collection and/or legal fees in order to compensate for overdraft charges and unpaid account balances.

Cancellation Policy

While I understand things come up, it is not fair to me or my clients if appointments are missed or changed within a timeframe such that a new appointment cannot be set.  Therefore, cancellation of a scheduled appointment must be done within 48 hours prior to the date scheduled. Failure to keep any appointment without prior notification or failure to cancel an appointment within 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be considered a “No Show / Late Cancel” and a fee equal to 50% of consulting time will be charged.  Of course, the fee may be waived due to extenuating emergency circumstances as determined by Life Made Simple.


Working with a Productivity Consultant requires a great deal of trust, and your privacy is of utmost importance to me. As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), Life Made Simple adheres to a code of ethics which includes the following:
•    Keep confidential all client information, both business and personal;
•    Use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission; and
•    Not use client information to benefit ourselves or our firm, or reveal this information to others.
We promise not to share your personal and business information with anyone, ever!
